The Community Council is responsible for the Burial Ground at St Bridgets Church in St Brides Major. This responsibility includes not only the maintenance of the area but liaison with families and funeral directors regarding the burial of loves ones and the internment of cremated remains. Records for the burial ground go back to the 1700s. Our burial ground has many generations of family graves which continue to bring comfort to many.
